Mixed Mushroom Crunch

A unique offering of seven different types of mushrooms that can serve as a great base to any soup, chowder, or sauce. This mix are harvested at our farm, then dehydrated, and then slightly crunched so the mushroom pieces are smaller for mouth sized bites. 

Mix includes dried Black Pearl aka King Oyster, Pioppino, Chestnut, Oyster varieties that include Blue, Italian, Golden and Pink.
