Refund policy
If you're not satisfied with any of our products, please contact our Customer Care team. Simply fill out the form on our Contact page, and a Customer Care Associate will respond to assist you. Based on the situation, we may offer a replacement, a full or partial refund, or a credit for the purchase price of the product or box in question. We may ask for a return or photos of the product before issuing a replacement, credit, or refund.
R&R Cultivation reserves the right to refuse service, deny credits or refunds, close accounts, revoke access to our services, or cancel orders at our discretion.
Customers must return fresh products within 1 day from purchasing date for a refund or exchange.
Once your refund is processed, it may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
