How We Do It
We Grow More Than Mushrooms
We grow our gourmet mushrooms sustainably in downtown Albuquerque without the use of any pesticides or fertilizers, using very little water and energy. We work with the mushroom mycelium in an altruistic, yet practical way, by believing in its healing and healthful properties, cultivating the mushrooms with loving hands, and working hard to provide and deliver mushrooms to the people.
