We are dedicated to our craft of providing high-quality gourmet and medicinal mushrooms that our customers can count on. We are committed to delivering healthy and nutritious food for all New Mexicans by working with food hubs, non profits, and community health organizations.
We offer many different varieties of fresh and dried gourmet mushrooms on rotation at farmers markets throughout Albuquerque metro area and our online shop.
Our name comes from the beauty of the land and people of New Mexico. We believe that all mushrooms are magic and their benefits can improve overall health and well-being while making for some delicious fare.

We are enchanted by mushrooms, fascinated by their history and biological role, and hopeful of how they can help us to be better, more healthful, and hopeful humans.
Our mushroom farm is a wonderful way to localize nutritious food, educate the public about the benefits of eating mushrooms, while providing meaningful jobs and being kind to Mother Earth.
