Top quality Shiitakes have been the focus of our farm for many years. We pride ourselves on producing some of the best organic shiitakes on the West Coast. Shiitake is one of the most potent natural sources of umami flavor, and it has been used for millennia to add depth of flavor in Chinese and Japanese cuisine. It is a staple component in dashi, and ramen just isn’t the same without it.

Our fresh mushrooms are only available for pick-up. Pick-up locations include the Enchanted Farms location at the WESST Enterprise Center at 609 Broadway Blvd NE or the Downtown Growers Market every Saturday.

If you are outside the ABQ Metro area and need items shipped there will be additional shipping costs that start at $25. If you make an order and would like items delivered, we will follow-up to discuss your shipping options. This service is not available for customers outside the state of New Mexico. 

Please note, our mushrooms are growing on different cycles and we might not have your mushroom immediately available at the time of order. We will notify you once your order is being processed and if we expect anything beyond 3 days, we will notify you via email.
