Welcome to the mushie corner of the internet. We’re excited to say hello and introduce Enchanted Farms Mushrooms, a woman-owned urban mushroom farm in the heart of Albuquerque. We are committed to producing the highest quality gourmet and functional mushrooms, cultivated with loving hands, delivered fresh and delicious.
Our mushrooms are grown in a controlled environment out of sterilized bags from locally sourced materials. Today, we offer these tasty varieties - Shiitake, Blue Oyster, Black Pearl, and Lion’s Mane.
The time it takes to grow these different types of mushrooms vary, so we harvest throughout the week and take orders in advance. While we build out our ordering and e-commerce platform, please use the form at the end of this post to order.
For this inaugural blog post, we’re excited to share one of our favorite Shiitake recipes (we have fresh Shiitakes in stock and ready to sell!) as well as some basic tips for keeping mushrooms fresh for as long as possible.
We’re moved by all aspects of what mushrooms represent. Mushrooms are proven to enhance overall health and we’re on a mission to make mushrooms mainstream. We do this by working closely with chefs, creatives, doctors, healers, educators, activists, and businesses to promote food, function, and fun.
