Enchanted Farms Mushrooms has officially opened for business with last Thursday's ribbon cutting and public tours of its 800 sq. foot cultivation facility at the WESST Enterprise Center in downtown Albuquerque.
We’re honored to have been accepted into WESST’s incubator program at the beginning of March.
Since soft launching operations several weeks ago, Enchanted Farms Mushrooms has cultivated more than 500 lbs. of Shiitake, Oyster, Trumpet, and Lion’s Mane mushrooms.
We took a little time at the beginning of the year to validate our assumptions, tighten up our systems and processes, make sure our controls were in place, and of course build out a strong brand and website so that we could hit the ground running, and running we are.
We believe in what we’re cultivating, we believe in the power mushrooms have to improve wellness and people’s lives,
We’re on a mission to make mushrooms mainstream.
Enchanted Farms Mushrooms provides fresh mushrooms to restaurants and fresh, dehydrated, and functional mushrooms and mushroom products direct to consumers, through its website and through CSAs and farmers markets, including the Downtown Growers’ Market. We are open daily from 11am to 6pm but ask that you call ahead (505)302-3882. Sometimes we are focused on the mushrooms or out making deliveries.
