Fungi Film Night - A Night with Hamilton Pevec Thursday June 25th

Gone Good "Ode De Fromage" 
As part of the 2026 ABQ Fermentation & Fungi Fest EFM is hosting a film night and open house at the Enchanted Farms Mushrooms SporeFront.  We will serve tastes of cheese, mushrooms, and wine while hosting farm tours before and after the film showing.

This event is in partnership with Hamilton Pevec, the Mouse Hole Cheese Shop, and WESST as part of the ABQ Fermentation & Fungi Festival. Enchanted Farms Mushrooms is an event sponsor dedicated to extending the mycelial connections for community good in our region. Gone Good: Ode de Fromage was shot in a small village in the French Alps. This film explores the role of fungi in cheese. Two cheese farmers and a fermentation specialist explain the complex process of metabolic transformation, and their love for cheese.
