The texture of the Black Pearl Mushroom is tender yet substantial, with a firm bite that holds up well in cooking. When properly prepared, it maintains a satisfyingly meaty texture, making it an excellent vegetarian option for those seeking a hearty alternative to traditional proteins.

Our fresh mushrooms are only available for pick-up. Pick-up locations include the Enchanted Farms location at the WESST Enterprise Center at 609 Broadway Blvd NE or the Downtown Growers Market every Saturday.

If you are outside the ABQ Metro area and need items shipped there will be additional shipping costs that start at $25. If you make an order and would like items delivered, we will follow-up to discuss your shipping options. This service is not available for customers outside the state of New Mexico.
