Dried Mushrooms- Various Types

We cultivate eight different types of mushrooms at any given time and therefore have a unique selection of dried mushrooms. Dried mushrooms maintain a long shelf-life for at least three years. You can use the whole fruiting body of the mushroom or crush it into fine pieces or even grind it into a powder that can be a tasty base for any soup or sauce. You can expect earthy, umami flavors, and acts as a thickening agent for gravy and soup. 

Dried whole fruiting body mushroom varieties include, Golden Oyster, Blue Oyster, Italian Oyster, as well as, Black Pearl, Pioppino, Chestnut and Lion's Mane.
